Enquire remains Yahoo!Answers UK & Ireland top performing Knowledge Partner. Enquire has achieved an answering percentage in excess of 70% since becoming a Knowledge Base member in December 2007. We are currently the Knowledge Partner with the highest answering percentage.

This is voted for by the Yahoo!Answers community, proving that even to those who think that libraries cannot help them, we can and we do each and every day.  It is also testimony to the engagement and hard work that Enquire staff put into the national service - a service that is staffed by libraries for library users wherever they may be and at whatever hour they may want to know an answer.
