Letters have gone out to all Heads of Service of both subscribing and non-subscribing authorities with details of the next recruitment phase starting 1st April 2009.

The letters were accompanied with the marketing flyer for the service, the OCLC 'Why change a good thing' brochure and also a comprehensive business case of why your authority should subscribe.
