The Enquire Quality Panel is made up of 10 participating library members. They perform a series of reviews twice a year, comprising of:
- secret shopping: posing as patrons and reviewing the transaction.
- 'lurking': librarians watch a session as it is in progress, reviewing as it happens.
- reviewing a selection of static, completed transcripts.
The Quality Panel also review transcripts submitted for the Libraries Advisory Award.
